My husband and I ate here yesterday, the appetizers were fine but the main courses were rotten, I ate the turkey and ham, the ham was like rubber and the potatoes were sour and the vegetables tasted bad, we had to wait an hour for our main course, I couldn't eat mine, plus it cost 40 pounds, which was very expensive, to finish, the bathroom floor was covered in urine, which was very unpleasant to have to walk through. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to transform the way restaurants operate, it's more important than ever to adapt to these rapidly changing times. Customers around the world expect more options at their favorite restaurants, as eating indoors continues to be perceived as a health risk. Fortunately, there are numerous alternatives to conventional food that restaurants can offer their customers.
A good idea to follow is that, for every review you receive, you, as the owner of the restaurant, respond to it. If you find that they are satisfied with their service, ask them to visit your restaurant's Facebook page or Google My Business to leave you a review. Also, don't write a bad review while you're at the restaurant instead of talking to the manager about a problem that may have arisen, whether it's a rude waiter or a cockroach. Writing a restaurant review is a great way to share your enthusiasm for a favorite restaurant or to warn potential diners about a particularly disappointing experience.
then your review won't reflect the typical experience someone might expect to have at that restaurant and will therefore defeat the whole purpose of writing a review in the first place. Ask them to review the atmosphere of their dining room, their new menu, or the service they received while they were there in their own restaurant.
